B.Sc. Chemistry with a Foundation Year Full-time

2023/24 Session

Progression requirements - currently, students must achieve a weighted average of 55% overall and 100 credits to progress into Year 1.
From 2020/2021, students will need to achieve a weighted average of 40% overall and 100 credits to progress into Year 1 but must also achieve the module averages listed below in Maths, Materials, Laboraties, Organic Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry:
Maths - 40%
Materials - 55%
Laboratories 55%
Organic Chemistry 55%
Inorganic Chemistry 55%.
